Savolinja's online store (Linja-Karjala Oy, Savonlinja Oy, Etelä-Suomen Linjaliikenne Oy and SL-Autoyhtymä Oy) complies with Finnish laws and Savonlinja service description of travel conditions.
An online ticket is a ticket bought from the Savonlinja online store, and is valid for one fare at the time and route specified on the ticket. The ticket cannot be refunded. The ticket entitles the passenger to a seat in the vehicle. The customer must present the receipt from the online store as a ticket to the driver at the beginning of the trip.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information given at the time of purchase. The customer is responsible for failures in sending the ticket due to erroneous information. The customer is responsible for erroneous purchases. The ticket can be changed under a few special conditions listed in the section 'changing the ticket'
In order to send the ticket, and in case of possible problems, the following data is collected at the time of purchase: name, phone number and email address (see the registration details for more information).
Changing the ticket
Tickets can be changed well in advance before the trip, at the address email@example.com. In urgent situations, please contact us by phone. Reissuing a ticket will cost the passenger 7,50 € euros in service fees.
Discounts tickets can be purchased in the online store, but passengers must be able to show the driver proof of entitlement for the discount, such as student card, pensioner or military card or identity card at the beginning of the trip. If the passenger cannot prove their right to the discount, he/she must pay the difference between the discount ticket and a regular-priced ticket.

Payment can made with most common Finnish online banks. The service provider for the payment is Paytrail Oyj, Business ID 2122839-7. Savonlinja is not responsible for errors resulting from third-party operational problems.
